NEX Aero is building a new class of heavy lift cargo drones, and we are still early in the process. The product is not launched. We are defining requirements, working with partners, and shaping the first real version of the aircraft. This stage requires structure, clear thinking, and steady coordination across teams.
As Chief of Staff, you support the CEO in keeping priorities focused and the organisation aligned. You turn goals into concrete plans, track progress, and make sure decisions rely on solid information. If you want to join at a moment where your work has real influence, this is the right stage.
This role is strategic and operational, not administrative.
