About the role
NEX Aero is building a new class of heavy lift cargo drones. We are still early in the process and growing the team across engineering, operations, business, finance, and regulatory. Hiring the right people at this stage shapes how the company works and how fast we progress.
We are looking for an HR Generalist who can build a solid recruiting foundation, strengthen our employer brand, and manage the essentials of HR operations. You will work closely with the CEO and team leaders to understand hiring needs across functions, keep the recruiting process clear and structured, and ensure candidates have professional and respectful experience.
A core part of the role is employer branding. You help define how NEX Aero presents itself to talent in Munich’s competitive market, choose the right channels and communicate who we are and what we offer in a consistent and credible way. This is not a corporate HR setup. This is a hands-on role where you set up simple systems, keep them organized, and improve them as we grow.
