About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth and shape the strategy behind our next-generation hybrid cargo drone operations. You’ll identify key markets, close strategic partnerships, and build the commercial foundation of a company transforming autonomous logistics.

Your responsibilities

Identify high-value markets and commercial opportunities for our cargo drone services
Build and manage strategic partnerships across logistics, healthcare, and aviation sectors
Define and pitch value propositions, pricing strategies, and business models
Collaborate closely with product, operations, and marketing to align execution with market needs
Track industry shifts, customer insights, and competitors to stay ahead of the curve

Your profile

Solid track record in business development, partnerships, or strategy, ideally in tech, mobility, or aviation
Strong commercial instincts and a hands-on, results-driven approach
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability start-up environment
Strong communication skills and fluency in English, as well as C1-level German, are required
